But for Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun state, Idiat Babalola, an aide of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, would have been lynched by a mob of youths at the burial of Senator Isiaka Adeleke in Ede, Osun state today.

The riotous youths who had been creating trouble since Sunday, when the Senator died suddenly, were at their game today, but Amosun was on hand to save a life. The police later took the lady out of the venue.
