Reports emerging from the venue of the Enugu State Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in the premises of the Enugu State High Court show that the State Governor may have scaled the first hurdle of the legal challenge to his victory at the March 25th 2023 Governorship Elections.

Drumnewsonline gathered that the Tribunal had dismissed the issue of NYSC forgery which was the main issue Governor Mbah’s opponents hold against him. The judgment is still on going as at the time of this report.
