NACCIMA appoints Obegolu, SAN, Vice President

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) has appointed Chief Emeka Obegolu, SAN its National Vice President. A statement by Olayemi John-Mensah, Media /Strategy Officer Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry has disclosed.

In a congratulatory letter signed by the National President, John Udeagbala on behalf of NACCIMA Council members he said the decision to have a National Vice President in Abuja was due to the enormity of assignments at the Presidency level, a decision which was reached during the last quarter Council held on 18th November, 2021 at Benin, Edo State. “We have no doubt that you will continue to bring your wealth of experience to bear on the Association for positive transformation.”

Also in his own remark, the President Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr Al-Mujtaba Abubakar said the EXCO and Council members received the appointment of Chief Obegolu as a laudable one and prayed for strength and wisdom for Obegolu in the delivery of his assignment at NACCIMA.

Chief Obegolu was recently elevated to the position of Senior Advocate of Nigeria recently and was the 1st Deputy President, Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
