There has been a report of a plane crash minutes ago into Lake Victoria in Tanzania. The passenger plane was said to have crashed while taxiing to land at a nearby airport. About 15 passengers were said to have been rescued as at the time of this report.

It was not ascertained the airline and the take off country or city of the airplane and the number of passengers on board the ill-fated craft, however rescue efforts were said to be ongoing.
