19 persons believed to be fake delegates have been arrested in Anambra as the All Progressives Congress, APC, party has commenced accreditation for its primaries in the upcoming governorship race billed for November. There was a very tight security as over 5,000 delegates trooped en mass and are currently undergoing accreditation.
