The Super Eagles of Nigeria this Monday evening lost to the Black Stars of Ghana in the Qatar 2021 World Cup qualification match played at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja. The match ended 1-1 giving the Ghanaians an edge over the away goal rule. The Ghanaians scored first in the first half with Nigeria equalising through a penalty taken by Troost Ekong.

Super Eagles had played an uninspiring match last Friday in Accra which many pundits described as the worst game ever.
