The vice presidential candidate of Labour Party in the just concluded presidential election Yusuf Datti- Ahmed has declared that any attempt to swear in Nola Ahmed Tinubi and Shetima as the President and Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would tantamount to ending democracy in Nigeria.

Datti-Ahmed made the declaration in Politics Today on Channels Television Wednesday night. He warned that on no account should Tinubu be sworn-in as it would be same as swearing the Nigerian Army.

Datti-Ahmed reiterated that himself and Peter Obi won the presidential election held February 25, 2023 with over 8 million votes.
