IBF orders Joshua to fight Pulev on Oct. 28

The International Boxibg Federation ( IBF) has ordered Anthony Joshua to face mandatory challenger, Kubrat Pulev, next, with the fight scheduled for October 28 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Joshua had hoped to defend his belt against Wladimir Klitschko in a rematch of their super fight which happened earlier this year, and was watched by a 90,000 sell-out Wembley crowd.

However, after Klitschko announced his retirement earlier this month, the opportunity now falls into the hands of Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev.
