The 95 ambassadors-designate are to receive their letters of credence Friday (today) afternoon from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama. This is coming more than six months are their confirmation by the National Assembly.

The ambassadors-designate have had to endure a tortuous six months waiting after being cleared by the Senate last September. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Onyeama, will present Letters of Credence to Career and Non-Career Ambassadors.
