According to Dr Oye who appeared Wednesday on Arise Television programme, ‘Morning Show’ monitored by Drumnewsonline, asserted that it was untrue that the apex court reviewed its judgment.”At no time did Justice Mary Odili and her colleagues sat on May 9th or any other date to review the said judgment”, he said. The National Chairman alleged that Njoku was a fraudster, impostor and a person not to trusted. He further alleged that the Njoku had always been noted for causing confusion any time elections approach and use the confusion to extort innocent people

“We have written a petition to the security agencies, Nigerian Bar Association and the National Judicial Council to conduct thorough investigations on the matter to unravel the truth.”, Edozie Njoku was never a party in the suit which came up to the Supreme Court and could not have benefited in a matter he was never a party to” Oye said.

It would be recalled that Njoku and his group had last week trended that the Supreme Court had corrected a typographical error it committed while preparing its judgment on the APGA case which came up to the court. They alleged that the court realized that the name of Chief Njoku was erroneously missed out in the text of the judgment which was corrected and inserted.
