The detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will today continue his battle for freedom at the Supreme Court, Abuja.

Kanu has been in detention for more than two years after he was extraordinarily renditioned from Kenya by the agents of the past administration of Muhammadu Buhari.

It would be recalled that Kanu had been freed by the Court of Appeal on charges of terrorism and others but still kept behind bars by the past president, Buhari for inexplicable reasons. The Federal Government of Nigeria later filed fresh charges against him and appealed to the Supreme court against his release.
